Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

Ironwood River Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Boise. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on client orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
