Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

Westbrook River Staffing is a Boise staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 740 people based in Boise. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in client orders and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
