Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Amber Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Boise plant. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on scrap and rework. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
