Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Linden Telecom is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Boise. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis.
