Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

Rivermark Fern Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Boise region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Boise. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
