Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

Summit Stone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Boise, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
