Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vale Financial and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on payment disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
