Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Meadow Financial Group serves customers across Boise with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 944 people based in Boise. What you will do • Investigate trends in regulatory reports and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
