Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Boise, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on caregiver training. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
