Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Redstone Drift Freight and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer tracking and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on loads and lanes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
