Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

Redstone Drift Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Boise, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on harvest schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
