Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Glen Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Boise with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
