Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

Fernwood Loom Auto Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
