Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Redstone Quarry Farms Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Boise. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on field records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
