Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Austin, TX)

Foxglove Forge Arts Center is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
