Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Meadow Housing Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
