Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Birch Legal Group provides legal services in Austin across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
