Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight West Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Atlanta, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on harvest schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
