Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Drift Banking Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in account openings and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on branch operations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
