Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Beacon Staffing is a Atlanta staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 484 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on candidate screening. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
