Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Cedar Kestrel Markets Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in online orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
