Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Albuquerque with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on equipment calibration.
