Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Oak Health and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on referrals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
