Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Loom Housing is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including lease compliance, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
