Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Seattle, WA)

Westbrook Keystone Energy Partners is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including service connections, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
