Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Vista Financial is a financial-services company in Seattle, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including account servicing, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
