Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Rowan Facilities looks after properties across the San Antonio region. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 508 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including safety inspections, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
