Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Northwind Corner Auto Group and adding a Senior Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be phone and chat support. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including supplier deliveries, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
