Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Northwind Vista Housing is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including repair requests, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
