Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Summit Kestrel Financial is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer onboarding, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
