Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Nova Hollow Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including loads and lanes, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
