Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Bright Cross Civic Services Group is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including permits, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
