Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Bluepeak Glen Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Milwaukee. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 254 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including test reports, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
