Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Bright Summit Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 236 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including vendor invoices, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
