Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Rook Water Authority and adding a Senior Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be phone and chat support. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including pipe repairs, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
