Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Pike Auto Group is a Portland company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Portland. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer estimates, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
