Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Vale Press is a printer and publisher in Phoenix serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 657 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer orders, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
