Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Orlando, FL)

Nova Fern Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including outage response, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
