Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Birch Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Oklahoma City with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including landfill records, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
