Silverline Meadow Housing Group is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including waiting lists, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
