Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Stone Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including exhibitions, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
