Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Yarrow Legal Group provides legal services in Oklahoma City across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including document review, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
