Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Wren Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including outage response, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
