Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Pike Property Management manages apartment communities around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including vendor invoices, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
