Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the Jackson region, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including contractor visits, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
