Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Houston, TX)

Westbrook Oak Legal Group is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Houston. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including trust accounts, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
