Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Field Financial is a financial-services company in Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including vendor spend, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
