Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Yarrow Telecom is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including network equipment, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
