Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Nest Financial is a financial-services company in Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including account servicing, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
