Senior Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Glen Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Cleveland with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including weigh tickets, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
